Teaching and Learning – the curriculum

At the heart of any learning platform has to be the benefits it can provide to learning and teaching.   The Starz Team works closely with its LA partners to provide links to county projects and activities.In addition we have liaised with commercial companies to ensure that DB Primary can be used in the classroom with your children.

 

Research Area  A research area guides children to the safest routes to online material while keeping them as safe as possible and yet supporting essential skills for life development. 

 

Media

A Media section contains a range of resources for children to use without the danger of exposure to advertising features or unsuitable material. Pictures, photographs sound and video files are made available for children to explore and use to support their learning.

 

Subjects Area

Subject areas contain child friendly web based resources made instantly accessible for children and teachers to use either at home or school to support school based topics and curriculum subject areas.
